Shopping with Cherrybliss
To shop with us, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old;
- Hold a credit or debit card that is accepted by our website (further details about this can be found further down);
- Be authorised to use the credit or debit card.
Once you have placed your order you should receive an email acknowledging your order with a receipt. Your order will only be accepted once the standard pre-authorisation checks have been taken out to ensure payment can be approved and taken, your payment card will then be debited.
You may be able to cancel your order within a short period of time after ordering, this period is dependent on the product you have ordered and the delivery method that you have selected. In some cases, we may allow you to change your order, but this is again down to the factors mentioned for cancelling an order.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there is an issue then we will be sure to get in touch with you as soon as possible.
Occasionally there may be a scenario where we need to refuse or cancel your order, or even freeze your account (even if your order has previously been confirmed already). If this does happen to you and you believe a mistake has been made then please contact our customer services team who will be more than happy to help.
Product Pricing and Descriptions
There may be times when we price up or describe a product or promotion wrong. If we do find that an error has been made for anything you have ordered, we will let you know as soon as possible and you will be given the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price if this was false) or cancelling it.
If we are unable to contact you then the order will be treated as cancelled. If you decide to cancel the order and have already paid, then you will be refunded in full.
Only UK orders include VAT.
Before you complete your order, you may be given various options to choose from with estimated delivery times depending on the delivery address.
Some of products carry lead times which are clearly stated on the product page and for this reason we cannot offer next day or express shipping on every product.
We try our best to meet all estimated delivery times but there are occasions when there may be delays. We will keep you updated as much as we can with what is happening with your order.

Cherrybliss offer an extended 18 day refund period!!! UK returns must be received by Cherrybliss within 18 days of receiving your order. Four days should be allowed for postage, so please ensure your item is posted within 14 days of receipt. If original delivery was made to an address outside the UK this is extended to 30 days. 10 days should be allowed for postage, so please ensure your item is posted within 20 days of receipt.
Refunds/Returns on Specific Goods
For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on grooming products or pierced jewellery. Underwear, tights and stockings may only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We occasionally offer our customers with promotion codes that can be used to reduce the price of certain products, it is up to you to enter these codes at the checkout.
Each promotion will have it’s own clearly stated rules but here are a few rules that will apply to all promotions.
If you have been given a unique promotion code that has been issued solely for you, please do not abuse it by giving it to other people or posting on social media. If we believe that a promotion code has been abused then we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the promotion code, and even close your account.
If a promotion code cannot run properly due to other circumstances that affects the fairness of the promotion code, we can also cancel, modify or suspend the promotion.
You must not misuse or tamper with our website. For example, hacking, introduce viruses, trojans or other technologically harmful material, screen scraping, the carrying out of DoS (denial of service) attacks or otherwise misuse our tech or functionality or steal our or our customers data. Doing any of these acts may be deemed as a criminal offence. Cherrybliss will report such breaches or activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Cherrybliss recommends that you use a virus protection when using any website, including our own. Although we have a team who take the necessary actions to our website from being tampered with, we cannot guarantee that our site will always be secure from viruses or bugs.
